This role is responsible for overall planning of Installation projects and ensuring that required components are in place for all installation projects (Project planning, logistics and scheduling).Thus, Project Management Lead is also responsible for managing the procurement of all necessary equipment for Installation as well as Inventory Management.After the sale is closed by the Business Development team, the goal of the Project Management Lead is to plan the installation and ensure that the Technical Operations team has everything required for a successful installation.
